Acme Professional Stag Horn Dog Whistle

The Acme Stag Horn Whistle is a great little asset for dog training or during a shoot. The natural stag horn whistle has been designed to produce a high pitch, single tone and doesn't feature a pea for straight whistling.

The 811 whistle is a hand cut whistle made from a stag horn tyne (the tip of the antler) a single tone whistle giving a high pitch. Popular in many outdoor pursuits but especially with dog trainers. All stag horn whistles are hand made from natural horn. This inevitably means that they all vary in size, shape and sound. It is not possible to offer the consistency of the moulded working dog whistles.

The 812 has two pitches and a stop hole that enables you to choose which pitch to use. Simply place your finger over the stop hole to change the pitch. Experienced trainers use this whistle as a stop and turn command.
